ISO 14000 Series: International Environmental Standards

 

The basic premise of these standards is to ensure that we put a management system in place to minimize or eliminate

harmful effects on the environment caused by our activities. This has been a requirement for most customers in the world

that care about the environment. In essence, the criteria for compliance to certain environmental standards, such as ISO

1400 series, have been included in the purchasing policies of most environmentally conscious customers.

 

The ISO 14000 tag on a company refers to the fact that the company cares about the environment, does the business in an

environmentally friendly manner and contributes to the sustainable development of the environment.
